On February 5, the highly anticipated citywide Project Enhancement Year and High-Quality Enterprise Development Conference was grandly convened. Looking back at 2024, Rizhao Steel’s achievements were remarkable: 

**Impressive Production and Operation Metrics**: Annual steel production reached 18.3 million tons, with an output value of 167.25 billion yuan. The company paid 5.9 billion yuan in taxes and completed 3.8 billion yuan in fixed-asset investments, injecting robust momentum into local economic growth. 

**Equipment and Technological Upgrades**: Five 3,000-cubic-meter blast furnaces and three 300-ton converters were constructed, with key production indicators leading the industry. The company was honored with the "Qilu Champion Furnace" title. 

**Notable Transformation Outcomes**: The full-process intelligent factory digital transformation project was selected for the 2024 Provincial Digital Industry Key Projects. The largest, most comprehensive, and highest-integration iron zone intelligent control center and smart applications in the industry were successfully implemented. Intelligent, unmanned steel coil rail transport was initiated, and the national acceptance of the electronic voucher accounting data standardization pilot project positioned the company at the forefront of industrial intelligence. 

**Abundant Scientific Achievements**: The "R&D and Application Demonstration of Green, High-Efficiency Manufacturing Technology for Thin Wide Steel Strips" project won the Second Prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the only project in Rizhao to receive this honor. The "Rizhao Steel Zinc Kiln Direct Reduction Technology" earned the First Prize of the Shandong Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of the Shandong Circular Economy Science and Technology Award. Collaboration with Academician Mao Xinping and the establishment of a joint research center with the University of Science and Technology Beijing further enhanced R&D capabilities. 

**Exceptional Market Performance**: Global market share dominance in container weather-resistant steel; 1.0mm patterned steel plate filled a domestic gap with 100% market share. Total automotive steel sales exceeded 1.2 million tons, including nearly 1 million tons of low-carbon, eco-friendly, high-strength, high-precision, customizable ESP automotive steel products, capturing a 17% market share. 

**Corporate Culture Strengthening**: Accolades included National Green Factory, Environmental Performance Grade-A Enterprise, China Excellent Steel Enterprise Brand, and National Quality Benchmark. Jinghua Rigang (Rizhao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" and achieved CMMI Level 3 certification, marking international-standard maturity in IT capabilities.
